Professional tip: How do you achieve the perfect visual knurling?
There are two different processes in knurling technology: cut knurling and form knurling.
Only the cutting machining i.e. cut knurling is suitable for a sophisticated visual knurling.
Advantages of cut knurling for visual knurling
- highest precision and surface quality due to cutting machining
- no change of the outer diameter on the workpiece
- machining of almost all materials possible
