Once again ISO certification successfully passed.
We have again met the requirements of the quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 and successfully passed the certification in June 2020. With our quality policy we want to achieve that we permanently improve our products and processes. After all, our declared goal is to ensure the top quality of our products and services. This high quality standard is the guarantee for the satisfaction of our customers. The ISO certification has confirmed us for the third time that we are on the right track and that our processes comply with international standards.
ISO 9001:2015 – What does this mean for our customers and partners?
Quality management serves primarily to meet customer requirements and to strive to exceed customer expectations. With the successful audit we were able to prove that we meet the high quality requirements permanently and sustainably. The continuous improvement of our work processes is also reflected in the ongoing training of our employees: Through training courses we ensure that our employees are always “up to date”.
In short: DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 guarantees that we have comprehensively implemented the principles of quality management in our own quality management system and thus achieve a continuous improvement of our business processes.
