We are writing to provide you with an update on the current situation following the fire:
We are pleased to report that the dispatch of stock items resumed as planned on 15 May 2026. Should your goods not have been dispatched immediately on 15 May 2026 due to the current high volume of orders, we ask for your understanding. Dispatch will take place as soon as possible in the coming days.
As previously communicated, the items in circulation unfortunately need to be remanufactured. Our production has already resumed gradually. As things stand, we expect it to be fully operational again within the next two weeks.
We ask for your understanding that we are unable to provide any specific new delivery dates at this stage. This also applies to order confirmations for new special orders or for goods that are not immediately available from stock. We will, of course, keep you informed of further developments.
