Cut Knurling
Cut knurling is the milling alternative to form knurling. During feed, material is removed. This technique is especially suitable for thin-walled work pieces, soft materials or difficult to machine materials.
Cut knurling is characterized by very high precision and is suitable for the production of visual profiles, among other things.
This technique produces minimal material waste and the load on the workpiece and the machine is very low.
Outstanding
performance.
Fast and
efficient.
Knurling enables the machining of almost all materials.
We always have the right tool for you in our portfolio:
- The RF1-LD generation was specially developed for sliding headstock automatic lathes and meets the highest demands in terms of process reliability, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Axially parallel and right/left knurling can be produced in the axial machining direction.
- The RF1 short turning version for impressive RAA profiles!
Positioning and adjustment aids for fine adjustment of the knurling head offer particular application benefits in terms of precision, knurling quality and user-friendly handling.
- Thanks to the modular system of the RF2-LD generation, the knurling tools can be quickly and easily adapted to any application situation.
The best alternative for visible knurls for the production of RGE profiles with small diameters!
- The RF2-A tool series is used for the production of high-quality RGE profiles.
The toothing between the tool holder and knurling head ensures extra stability and reduced wear on the knurling wheels
- Knurling tools in the RF3 series are ideal for pressure-free machining of small and thin-walled workpieces.
The special tool design favors its very gentle machining of pressure-sensitive and small workpieces.
