Test tools

“He who tests is not mistaken” – to give you absolute certainty in your decision, we also offer our tool solutions for testing. For a small fee, you can try out a tool at your leisure for 20 working days from the date of dispatch. This will ensure that it fits your requirements perfectly before you make a purchase decision. After testing, simply return the tool and make your final decision – it’s that simple.

Application support

Knurling is one of the most demanding machining processes. We are therefore happy to support our customers and partners personally with our technological expertise: Application support from Hommel+Keller is direct support for your installation and commissioning on site.

Tool testing & feasibility studies:
Practical and customer-oriented

For special customer applications, we carry out test series and feasibility studies on request. Hommel+Keller has its own test machine available for this purpose, which is used exclusively for tool testing and customer trials – independently of ongoing series production. This enables us to realistically test whether an application can be implemented with our tool solutions and ensure optimal results for your production.

Service For dealers

Working together for mutual success – that’s how we see our partnership with our dealers. We provide you with comprehensive, individual support: from the provision of marketing and advertising materials to joint participation in selected customer meetings. In addition, we provide digital data for your web shop, offer product training and technical training, and advise you on stocking your warehouse for an optimal product range. We are also at your side when it comes to conducting customer seminars. On request, we can also set up an EDI connection to make ordering processes even more efficient. Focus on cost-effectiveness – reduce tooling costs per component

Our goal is to keep the tooling costs per component produced as low as possible for our customers. To achieve this, we continuously optimize materials, geometries, and coatings—for example, through the use of PVD coatings. Another key to cost-effectiveness is the ease of use of our tools. The faster and easier it is to install and change tools in the machine, the shorter the setup times – and the less machine downtime there is. Our user-friendly tool solutions help to fully exploit this potential for efficiency in practice.

Partnership is a top priority at Hommel+Keller. That is why it is important to us to familiarize our dealers and end customers with our products and catalogs in the best possible way. In our training courses, end users receive practical tips on how to optimize applications and make the best use of our tool solutions. For dealers, the focus is on the various application possibilities and the special advantages of our tools. We impart in-depth product knowledge and actively support the development of consulting expertise.
