The user can also choose between a fixed marking roll or flexibly exchangeable marking segments.

Customizable. spring-return marking systems
With this system, the lettering is embossed by partially rotating the marking roll. During the embossing process, the marking roll only engages with the workpiece once and remains stationary at the end of the text. This allows clear and precise markings to be produced that meet the highest quality standards.
A key advantage of the spring-return system is that the marking roll works independently of the workpiece diameter. Three driving dots before and after the text ensure the correct embossing depth. These dots remain visible on the workpiece, but can be replaced by a logo or other special characters if desired.
Handling is particularly easy: deviations in the workpiece diameter are not a problem; all that is required is an exact concentricity of Ø 0.03 mm. The system thus offers a high degree of flexibility combined with reliable process control.

Benefits of the spring-return system for the user
Spring-loaded marking systems enable the marking of various diameters and can also be used up to the shoulder. Marking segments can be flexibly exchanged, making changes easy to implement. The systems are equally suitable for small, medium, and large series.
In addition, the reading direction of the marking can be easily adjusted. Special characters such as logos, backslashes, stars, or diamonds are also available as options to enable even more individual designs.
